AIX서버에서 tar 명령어로 긴~ 파일명을 압축하지 못하는 현상
* cpio 명령어
압축하기 : find ./rq |cpio -ov > /logdir/rq.cpio
압축풀기 : cpio -idmv < rq.cpio
